- The committees will discuss the impact(s) of the Second Avenue Subway on commercial and residential rents. Specifically, those effecting small businesses along and close to Second Avenue, as well as, the impact on market rate and rent stabilized apartments – including the impact on and potential loss of affordable housing.
- The Housing Committee will review the developer’s answers to those questions submitted by the committee and public, after the March 20 meeting, regarding the Section 421-a Application for 200 East 95th Street, Block 1540 Lot 2 (formerly Lots 2, 3, 4, 45, 46, 47, 48 & 49) – an application for a Partial Real Estate Tax Exemption under Section 421-a of the New York State Real Property Tax Law.
