- Olga Rosario, Manhattan Outreach Counselor at Visiting Nurse Service of New York will do a presentation on the PEARLS Program. The PEARLS Program stands for Program to Encourage Active Rewarding Lives. It is an innovative no cost in home counseling program for homebound individuals that are 65 or older and are experiencing depression that teaches them methods to better manage their depression through problem solving techniques with physical and social activation over a 6 session period.
