  1. 19 East 70th Street (between Fifth and Madison)-(Individual Landmark)-Paul Alter, Architect-A Neo-Italiante Renaissance style building designed by Thornton Chard and built in 1909-10. Application is to restore front façade and rebuild rear façade.
  2. 740 Madison Avenue, 23 East 64th Street and 25 East 64th Street -Upper East Side Historic District – Mr. Louis Lisboa – 740 Madison Avenue is a neo-Georgian style two-story commercial building, 23 East 64th Street is a neo-Federal style five-story row house and 25 East 64th Street is an Italianate style four-story residence. The application is to renew the permit for a façade renovation.
  3. 20 East 63rd Street (between Fifth and Madison Avenues)-Upper East Side Historic District-Steven O’Neil, Architect-A Neo-Grec style building designed by Gage Insiee and built in 1876. The application is to renovate the front façade, in which proposed scope includes resurfacing the façade, installing new awnings, incorporating new iron rail work, and replacing windows with new windows in existing openings.
