AGENDA:

1. 1133 Fifth Avenue (Expanded Carnegie Hill Historic District) – Steven Harris Architects LLP– A Neo-Federal ornament apartment building designed by Emery Roth and built in 1927-28. Application is for modifications at the penthouse including removal of an existing non-historic greenhouse, modifying masonry openings, replacement of a second existing non-historic greenhouse with new construction and new pergolas, railings and window replacement.
