NYC Government Quality Of Life Municipal Advocates:

Community Board 8 Manhattan represents the Upper East Side and Roosevelt Island. Specifically, from the north side of East 59th Street to the south side of East 96th Street, Fifth Avenue to the East River, and Roosevelt Island. The Community Board, its District Manager and the office staff serve as advocates for the community, assisting residents to resolve municipal service delivery complaints.
