1. 46 East 65^th Street (between Park and Madison Avenues) – Upper East Side Historic District Richard Wainer and Kurland Design, KurlandDesign. A Neo-Federal style building designed by John G. Prague and built-in 1876-77 (present façade designed by Ogden Codman and built-in 1906-07. Application is for adjustments to the size of the balconies in the rear yard, and to the façade of the building.
