Public Hearing: BSA Application, Calendar No. 26-14-BZ, 45 East 75th Street, 42-46 East 76th Street, The Hewitt School, Block 1390, Lots 28 & 46 –Application for a zoning bulk variance to construct a rooftop and rear yard additions for the school’s expansion into an existing five-story townhouse at 42 East 76th Street. CB8 recommended approval of the proposed building to the Landmarks Preservation Commission on September 24, 2013.
