1. Carnegie Hill Neighbors’ Annual Spooktacular – Full Street Closure at East 92^nd Street between Madison Avenue and Park Avenue. Thursday, October 31^st 2019 from 2pm to 8pm.
2. Octoberfest – Full Street Closure at East 77^th Street between York Avenue and Cherokee Place. Saturday, October 19^th 2019 from 9am to 6:00pm.
3. YCS PS 151 Fall Festival – Full Street Closure at East 88^th Street between York Avenue and First Avenue. Saturday, October 26^th 2019 from 10am to 4pm.
4. PS6 2019 Fall Festival – Full Street Closure at East 82^nd Street between Madison Avenue and Park Avenue. Saturday, October 19^th 2019 from 11am to 4pm.
5. PS198 Falloween Fair – Full Street Closure at East 95th Street between Third Avenue and Lexington Avenue. Saturday, October 5th 2019 from 8am to 6pm.
