b. James Church would like to close East 71^st Street between Park and Madison Avenues on Sunday, September 10, 2017 from 8:30AM to 3PM for a Block Party

c. Marymount Manhattan College would like to close East 71^st Street between Second and Third Avenues on Thursday, September 14, 2017 from 9AM to 5PM for a Block Party
