1. 983 Park Avenue (between 83^rd and 84^th Streets)-Park Avenue Historic District-Valerie Landriscina, architect – Colonial Revival style apartment building designed by Schwartz & Gross and constructed in 1925-26.  Application for façade restoration.  POSTPONED
2. 55 East 92^nd Street formerly 53 and 55 East 92nd Street (between Madison and Park Avenues)-Carnegie Hill Historic District-Steve Harris, architect-Romanesque Revival style rowhouse designed by Louis Entzer and constructed in 1893-94.  Application for a rear yard and rooftop addition.
3. 126 East 73^rd Street (between Park and Lexington Avenues)-Upper East Side Historic District-Douglas Woodward, Planning Officer-Italianate style row house designed by Benjamin Wise and constructed in 1872.  Application  for legalization of the areaway railing.
4. 103 East 91^st Street (between Park and Lexington Avenues)-Carnegie Hill Historic District-Laura Kaehler-architect-Neo-Georgian rowhouse designed by C. Dale Badgeley and constructed in 1950-51.  Application for a rooftop addition.
