1. Public Hearing re: Applications for Single-block Street Fairs for Calendar Year 2013
   • A. Manhattan Country School to close East 96th Street between Madison and Fifth Avenues on Saturday, October 19, 2013 from 12Noon to 5PM for a Block Party.
   • B. PS 158 Parent Association to close East 77th Street between York Avenue and Cherokee Place on Saturday, October 26, 2013 from 11AM to 5PM for a Block Party.
   • C. Carnegie Hill Neighbors to close East 92nd Street between Madison and Park Avenues on Thursday, October 31, 2013 from 3PM to 7:30PM for a Block Party.
   • D. Residents of East 91st Street to close East 91st Street between Park and Lexington Avenues on Thursday, October 31, 2013 from 4PM to 8PM for a Block Party.
   • E. Nightingale Bamford School to close East 92nd Street between Madison and Fifth Avenues on Saturday, November 2, 2013 from 10AM to 4PM for a Block Party.
   • F. All Souls School would like to close East 80th Street between Lexington and Third Avenue on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 from 4PM to 7PM for a Block Party.
