November 2014 – Parks Committee

1. Presentation: A City Council bill that would ban car traffic on the Central Park loop drive for three months next summer. Council Member Mark Levine, co-author of this bill, will explain its provisions--a joint issue with the Landmarks and Transportation Committees. 
2. Parks Dept. update on the status of work on the East River Esplanade.
