1. Public Hearing: BSA Calendar No. 2016-1208-BZ, 300 East 64th Street-Application seeks to permit the operation of a physical culture establishment (fitness center) on the ground and second floors of the existing building at the Premises.
2. Public Hearing: BSA Calendar No. 180-05-BZ, 1511 Third Avenue-Application for an extension of term of special permit allowing a physical culture establishment (Equinox) within the existing four story building.
3. Informational item: Possible application for a ZR 74-711 City Planning special permit to allow Advantage Testing, a for-profit tutoring and test preparation service, to locate at 350 East 88th Street (R8B), with historic restoration being performed on the adjacent landmarked parsonage for the Church of the Holy Trinity.
