1. Proposals for two art exhibitions along the Park Avenue Mall.
   • Temporary exhibition of 10 mosaic-designed sculptures by the late artist Niki de Saint Phalle, along the Park Avenue Mall from 52nd to 60th Street, from July to November, 2012;
   • Temporary exhibition of 13 large steel sculptures by artist Albert Paley, along the Park Avenue Mall from 51st to 67th Streets, from June to November, 2013.  The artist plans to attend this session.
2. Further discussion of plans for a forum on the need for more parkland/open space in the CB8m district.
