1. UPDATE: ILLEGAL SIGNAGE REPORT. Steven Figueiredo, Deputy Director of Intergovernmental Affairs, N.Y.C. Dept. of Buildings will attend.
2. DISCUSSION: The Department of City Planning's Application to rezone certain blocks along Broadway, Amsterdam and Columbus avenues in an effort to "preserve the small store retail culture and create an incentive for mom and pop stores to open in the area".
