1. Review status of Manhattan Neighborhood Network’s franchise Agreement.
2. Ms. Zenaida Mendez, external liaison for MNN, will make a PowerPoint presentation and answer questions.
3. Committee to vote on resolution recommending tat the Full Board urge the City to fully support MNN and to sign-off on the agreement forthwith.
