AGENDA
1. 203 East 74th Street and 1297-1299 Third Avenue –Discussion of Board of Standards and Appeals Special Order Calendar Application to transfer development rights (“air rights”) from 203 East 74th Street to 1297-1299 Third Avenue.
Because 203 East 74th Street required a Variance for its construction, it must seek approval from the Board of Standards and Appeals to transfer its unused development rights to the adjacent development site. The committees and the full Community Board will vote on whether to recommend approval or disapproval of this transfer.

2. Rezoning Proposal for First, Second, Third, and York Avenues. The Community Board has voted for a Special Zoning District(s) with a height limit of 210 feet. There will be continued discussion of our Application to the City Planning Commission; our planner will join us.
