1. 142 East 71st Street (between Lexington and Third Avenues) – Upper East Side Historic District – Panorama Windows, Ltd. - A neo-Gothic style residence designed by George Pelham, and built in 1927. An application to replace windows.
2. 903 Madison Avenue (between 72nd/73rd Streets) – Upper East Side Historic District – Daniel O’Connor, Architect - A Queen Anne style residence designed by Charles Buek & Co., and built in 1886-87. Application is to alter the rear yard and roof top.
3. 829 Park Avenue (between 75th/76th Streets) – Upper East Side Historic District – Historic Preservation Consulting - A neo-Classical style residence designed by Pickering & Walker, and built in 1910-11. Application is to legalize a patterned sidewalk.
