1. 197-a Committee: Update by EDC on the Pile Encapsulation under the former sanitation facility at Andrew Haswell Green/Phase 2B by Kathryn Prybylski, Tara Das, Ankita Nalavade, Sakru Okeowo
   1. Andrew Haswell Green Pile Repairs - Presentation for Manhattan CB8
2. Presentation by Christopher Crowley and Ricardo Hinkle of the Parks Department to review the new layout for St. Catherine’s Park, since it was referred back to Committee by the Full Board for further action:
   1. Wording for new resolution after the following is discussed:
      1. Placement of sculpture in another location
      2. Interior gates at 67 & 68 Streets
      3. Discussion of bench removals and plaques replaced.
      4. Height of fencing in the park
      5. Height of Chain Link Fencing in the ball field
      6. Redesign of the Sports Area Ballfield
   2. Approval of the Proposed Design for St. Catherine’s Park Resolution
3. Update by Shena Kaufman, Parks District Manager, NYC Dept. P&R
4. Update by Robert Mclean, Parks District 15 Manager (Esplanade) NYC Dept. P&R
