   split:

   District 15 (The Esplanade): Regional Mgr. -Robert McLean; Mgr. -Geoff Martin; Level 2 Park Supervisor -Larry Durante
2. Parks Department Update on John Jay Park for the multi-purpose play area, including a new accessible entrance, and the central plaza.
