1. 60 East 93rd Street (Individual Landmark & Expanded Carnegie Hill Historic District) - Steven Harris Architects LLP - A Classical Revival style residence designed by John Russell Pope and constructed in 1930. Applications to alter the rear facade and to request that the Landmark Preservation Commission issue a report on the continuing maintenance program pursuant to Section 74-711 of the Zoning Resolution in connection with the residential conversion.
