AGENDA:

1. Discussion with Extell Development Company on Extell's development sites between 79th/80th Streets on First Avenue and 85th/86th Streets on First Avenue. At the request of CB8, Extell will attend to hear recommendations from the neighbors, the community, and members of the Community Board regarding how the two development sites can best incorporate the community's needs and interests in their designs.
Please note: Extell has no firm plans for either site. It is interested in hearing from our community.
HOUSING COMMITTEE IS DISMISSED, ZONING & DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE MEETING CONTINUES

2. Presentation by Friends of the Upper East Side Historic Districts regarding their Zoning Challenge to the development at 1059 Third Avenue (at 63rd Street).

3. Community Board 8 Zoning Proposal for First, Second, Third, and York Avenues: In response to numerous community concerns and complaints, the proposal seeks to protect the avenues’ scale, character, affordable housing, and local stores.
