1. Discussion of Strengthening Legal Safeguards Against Commercial Tenant Harassment. We welcome the United for Small Business NYC’s (USBNYC) Balanda Joachin, Campaign Organizer from the Association for Neighborhood & Housing Development (ANHD), and Abigail Ellman, Director of Planning and Development, from Cooper Square Committee, Small Business Services (SBS); Assistant Commissioner, Government Navigation and Regulatory Reform Natasha D. Joseph and Council Member Oswald Feliz the chair of the New York City Council Small Business Committee on our panel.
