  1. 130 East 67th Street (Individual Landmark) - David Bucovy Architect, PLLC -   An Italian Renaissance Palazzo-style apartment house designed by Charles A. Platt and constructed in 1907. Application is to revise the master plan to include metal-clad wood replacements in addition to wood-replacement windows.
