In accordance with Local Law 142 of 2013, the NYC Department of Sanitation determined that dirty, post-consumer, single-service foam food and beverage containers cannot be recycled in a manner that is economically feasible, environmentally effective, and safe for employees as part of the City’s curbside recycling program.

New Yorkers always have a tremendous desire to provide help for those in need. Making a financial contribution  is the best way of helping people in need after a disaster! Cash can be used immediately in response to a crisis, and allows state and local Emergency Management Departments to purchase exactly what is needed, when it's needed.

At a June 6th, 2018 meeting, representatives from The NYC Department of Design and Construction presented a Schematic Design for the East 92nd Street Marine Transfer Station (MTS) Ramp over the FDR Drive to the Transportation Committee and Environment and Sanitation Committee.

On Monday, May 14, 2018 and Wednesday, May 16, 2018, Ian Wardropper of the Frick Collection and Annabelle Selldorf of Selldorf Architects presented plans for the Frick Collection to enlarge the Museum and Reference Library, and to create accessible entrances.

At the Feb. 21, 2018 meeting of the CB8 Manhattan Full Board, representatives for the developers for the building at 203 E 74th St presented their BSA Amendment Application. You can find their presentation here:
