AGENDA:

1. Food Insecurity: Speakers will address the issues of where to find food in New York City and especially on the Upper East Side and how the pandemic has changed food distribution to the needy. Speakers will include Zanita Tisdale, of the Food Bank for New York City, Aaron Rooney, Khristel Simmons, and Damion Samuels, of the Stanley Isaacs Neighborhood House, and Adam Bermudez, Legislative Director of the Office of Councilmember Ben Kallos. Information will be provided about the City's new Food Forward program, a comprehensive 10-year plan to address food insecurity in New York.
2. Child Care Costs: Update on new federal initiatives to offset the car of raising children and the cost of their care.
