Sarah Waxse, LCSW, Senior Social Worker and Coordinator of the Caregivers Service - HealthOutreach, NewYork- Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center, will talk about the Groups she runs ( a group for caregivers of Alzheimer's patients, and a General Caregiver group for people of any age who are caring for a senior 60 +). She'll also talk about programming that she offers in addition to the groups, and the new initiative of the Family Caregivers Toolkits.
- Laura Clutz, LCSW - Lifeline Program Coordinator, HealthOutreach, NewYork- Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center, will talk about the Lifeline Service, and especially about the newest innovation, Auto Alert, which is a great advancement in detecting and reporting falls for seniors.
