   • C. PS 183 to partially close the sidewalk on East 67th Street between York and First Avenues for parking and vendors and the sidewalk on the north side of East 66th Street between First and York on Saturdays from Saturday, January 7, 2017 to Saturday, December 30, 2017 for a Flea Market
