1. Presentation of the Parks Department's proposed series of large abstract aluminum sculptures (painted white) by artist Alice Aycock, to run next Spring along the Park Avenue Malls, from 52nd St. to 66th Streets. One sculpture--at 66th St.--would be located in the CB8M district. 
2. Presentation on Con Edison's renovation work in the East 70s area of the East River Esplanade--joint issue with the Transportation Committee.
