- Inclusionary Housing Plan for 405 East 78th Street, Block 1473, Lot 6-This application will be a newly constructed 6-story building with 12 apartments. The site area is approximately 2, 544 square feet. 405 East 78 Realty LP is the owner of the site and applicant under the Inclusionary Housing application to be submitted to NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD). The project will consist of one market rate unit and 11 affordable units that are designated as Inclusionary Housing Units under the Inclusionary Housing Program of HPD.
- Inclusionary Housing Plan for 321 East 60th Street, Block 1435, Lot 15 – This application will be a newly constructed 8-story building with 21 apartments. 321 East 60 Street LLC is the owner of the site and applicant under the Inclusionary Housing application to be submitted to NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD). The Proposed Building will be comprised of 21 total rental units, all of which will be “low income unites” as designated as Inclusionary Housing Units under the Inclusionary Housing Program of HPD.
