   • c) Central Park Precinct Community Council to close East 60th Street between Fifth and Madison Avenue on Sunday, September 25, 2011 for a Block Party
   • d) PS 6 to close East 82nd Street between Park and Madison Avenue on Tuesday, June 7, 2011 for a Block Party
