1. Representatives from the Ocean Recovery East, Foundation for Hope (Ocean) will come to speak about an inpatient addiction recovery program that costs between $2,500- $3,500 per patient per day. Manhattan Community Board 8 passed a resolution to support this application at its January 21, 2015 Full Board meeting for a location at 30 East 60th Street. Ocean Recovery East is currently in negotiations for a new location at 164 East 61st Street and is no longer interested in the 30 East 60th Street location.
