1. 1107 Fifth Avenue (between 91st and 92nd Streets)-Carnegie Hill Historic District-Peter E. Varsalona, architect – Neo-Renaissance style apartment building designed by Rouse & Goldstone and constructed in 1925. Application for elevator bulkhead alterations.

2. 122 East 66th Street (between Lexington and Park Avenues) -Upper East Side Historic District-Martin L. Griggs, architect-Regency Revival style brick structure designed by Thomas Harlan Ellett and constructed in 1931-32. Application for the installation of HVAC equipment.

3. 22 East 80th Street-(between Fifth and Madison Avenues)-Metropolitan Museum Historic District – Nuria Forques Puigcerver, architect- Brownstone residence designed by Charles Graham & Sons and constructed in 1887-88. Application for façade renovation, rear yard porch and rooftop addition. WITHDRAWN

4. 144 East End Avenue-(between 86th and 87th Streets)-Henderson Place Historic District- William Bialosky, designer-Elizabethan style townhouse designed by Lamb and Rich and constructed in 1882. Application for a one story enlargement.
