1. 781 Fifth Avenue (59^th/60^th)-Upper East Side Historic District-Jessica Fougner, architect Neo-Romanesque and Neo-Gothic style hotel designed by Schultze & Weaver & Buchman & Kahn, Associates and constructed in 1926-27.  Application to combine two existing retail spaces into one new retail space.
2. 971 Lexington Avenue (between 70th and 71st Streets)-Upper East Side Historic District-Charles J. Nafie, architect-Queen Anne style residence designed by Thom & Wilson and constructed in 1887-88.  Application for a second floor window awning.
