- R10-A and R9-X Height Limits:
- The height increases under Zoning for Quality and Affordability were retained for senior and affordable housing in these districts. The extra FAR can be accommodated under the original height limits. Reversal of this change will be discussed.
- R-10 Height Limits:
- A height limit of 210 feet for First, Second, Third, and York Avenues will be discussed.
- 180 East 88th Street:
A stop work order has been issued for this site and the permits have been revoked. Possible responses by the Community Board will be discussed
- A proposal before the state legislature to remove the 12 FAR cap on residential districts in New York State.
