June 2015 – Landmarks Committee

Applicants and members of the public who are interested in the issues addressed are invited, but not required, to attend the Full Board Meeting on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at New York Blood Center, 310 E. 67 Street, Auditorium at 6:30PM. They may testify for up to three minutes in the Public Session, which you must sign up for no later than 6:45PM. Members of the Board will discuss the items in executive session; if a member of the public wishes a comment made or a question asked at this time, he or she must ask a Board Member to do it.

1. 18 East 63rd Street (between Fifth and Madison Avenues)-Upper East Side Historic District-Keitaro Nei, Architect-A Neo-Grec brownstone designed by Gage Inslee and constructed in 1876. Application is for window replacement.
2. New Business-Discussion of the resolution recognizing the 50th Anniversary of the NYC Landmarks Law and value of Preservation
