  1. 152 East 71st Street (between Lexington and Third Avenues)-Upper East Side Historic District-Christopher Fritz, architect - Italianate style residence designed by W. O’Gorman and constructed in 1871. Application for window work, a rear addition, rear yard greenhouse addition, and new sidewalk paving.
  2. 405-415 East 59th Street (between First and York Avenues) – Queensboro Bridge Landmark - Robert J Warshefski Jr., architect – A through-type cantilever bridge spanning the East River between Manhattan and Queens over Roosevelt Island, designed by Henry Hornbostel and constructed in 1908. Application for exterior and interior work to the Bridgemarket retail space.
  3. 17 East 71st Street (between Fifth and Madison Avenues) – Upper East Side District – Joseph S. Tarella, architects – Neo-Federal style residence designed by Thom & Wilson and Harry Allen Jacobs, originally constructed in 1889 and altered in 1918. Application for addition of exterior metal sign, awnings above the entry way and upper windows, and subtle upper window recess lighting.
