Presentation of two Central Park Conservancy projects in Central Park: the final design of the reconstruction of the North Harlem Meer landscaping, shoreline and playground; and the reconstruction of the Tot Playground, adjacent to the Adventure Playground in Central Park, near W. 67th St. and Central Park West--a joint issue with the Parks and Landmarks committees
