  1. 62 East 91st Street – Carnegie Hill Historic District – David Bae Architect, PLLC - A Renaissance Revival style rowhouse designed by Gilbert A. Schellenger and built in 1887-88. Application is to construct rear yard and rooftop additions.
  2. 825 Fifth Avenue, Apt. 17A & 17B (between 63rd and 64th Streets) – Upper East Side Historic District – Ike Kligerman Barkley Architects, P.C. – A neo-Classical style apartment building designed by J.E.R. Carpenter and built in 1926. Application is to replace the windows.
  3. 150 East 72nd Street – Upper East Side Historic District Extension - Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP - A Renaissance Revival style apartment building designed by Schwartz & Gross, and built in 1913-14. Application is to construct an addition within the courtyard and install mechanical equipment.
  4. 429 East 64th Street/430 East 65th Street - City and Suburban Homes Company, First Avenue Estate - Individual Landmark. - Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP - Two 6-story apartment buildings designed by Philip H. Ohm, built as part of the model tenement complex City and Suburban Homes First Avenue Estates in 1914-15, and altered in 2006. Application is to demolish the buildings, pursuant to RCNY 25-309 on the grounds that they generate an insufficient economic return.
