1. Update on Section 421-a Affordable Housing Plan Application, pursuant to the Inclusionary Housing Program, for 505 East 86^th Block 1583 Lots 6, 7, 8 and 105 - an application for 35 inclusionary units in a newly constructed 139 unit 22-story residential building
2. Discussion of community responses to proportional NYCHA infill projects, such as Fetner Properties’ Holmes Towers, north of 96^th Street versus south of 96^th  Street
   1. 02.21.2018 Housing Resolution Disapproval of community center at Holmes Towers because of the loss of square feet to build affordable housing
   2. Housing Resolution In support of an increase of $.54 cents per square foot on the fee the developer will pay to lease the land at the Holmes Towers site
