- Discussion of community responses to proportional NYCHA infill projects, such as Fetner Properties’ Holmes Towers, north of 96th Street versus south of 96th Street
- 02.21.2018 Housing Resolution Disapproval of community center at Holmes Towers because of the loss of square feet to build affordable housing
- Housing Resolution In support of an increase of $.54 cents per square foot on the fee the developer will pay to lease the land at the Holmes Towers site
