- Presentation and discussion with Sarra Hale-Stern, Deputy Chief of Staff for State Senator Liz Krueger, regarding asset limits – for rental and home ownership applicants – for affordable apartments funded by NYC HPD and/or HDC. - Discuss and prepare a Resolution regarding the Fetner Properties’ Holmes Towers mixed-income housing project which would provide 50 percent affordable apartments for low-income residents of New York and set asides for NYCHA residents. The Housing Committee heard a presentation about the project at its September meeting and discussed a proposed resolution in October.
