- A discussion with New York City Council Member Dan Gardonick (4th) about current and future projects and issues regarding housing in Community District 8.
- Discuss and prepare a Resolution regarding the Fetner Properties’ Holmes Towers mixed-income housing project which would provide 50 percent affordable apartments for low-income residents of New York and set asides for NYCHA residents. The Housing Committee heard a presentation about this project at its September meeting.
