December 2014 – Parks Committee

1. A Parks Dept. official will discuss 2015 tree planting on the Upper East Side.  This presentation will be an overview of plans, since specific planting sites have not yet been firmed up.
2. Discussion of the possibility for expanding public access to the Queensboro Oval at 59th St.
3. Discussion of how to proceed with the Parks Committee's desire to convert the MTA-owned lot at 2nd Ave. and 63rd St. to a public park once the East Side Access transportation project is finished.
