1. Discussion of Part L of the New York State Executive Budget FY 2022.
   a) Part L is an amendment to the Multiple Dwelling Law adding a section (section 277-a) governing conversions in certain areas of the city and allowing certain automatic zoning overrides and which will supersede all local zoning laws, resolutions, ordinances or regulations.
