AGENDA:
1. Discussion of the need for child care for children under age 5 in CB8M. Speakers will present information on available child care, especially for children younger than age 5. Discussion will focus on the unmet need for child care on Manhattan's Upper East Side.

2. Update on the Learning Bridges programs on the Upper East Side. The committee will discuss the extreme shortage of Learning Bridges offerings in CB8M.
