Community Board 8 is excited to announce the application period for our Public Membership program!
Each January, CB8 appoints and reappoints members of the public to our committees as Public Members. Public Members participate in committee meetings, can vote on items heard in that committee, and count toward committee quorum.
This year we have created a Public Member Application Form for those who want to be a Public Member on a CB8 Committee to fill out.
Everyone who is interested, including those who were appointed in 2024 and prior years, need to fill out this application form by Tuesday, January 21st.
