- East 70th Street, Apt. 1a/2a (@ Fifth Avenue) – Upper East Side Historic District – Peter Pennoyer, Architect -A neo-Renaissance style apartment building, designed by Rosario Candela and built in 1927-28. Application is to replace the existing 5th Avenue exterior double doors with a single door and side lights and install an entry device (numeric keypad, camera, and speaker).
- 711 Madison Avenue (63rd/64th Streets) – Upper East Side Historic District – Steven Jacobson, Architect – A neo-Grec style residence building, designed by Charles Baxter and built in 1877. Application is to remove the existing storefront and relocate the existing apartment units’ entry.
- 680 Madison Avenue (61st and 62nd streets) - Upper East Side Historic District - Jack Beyer, Beyer Blinder Belle Architects & Planners LLP – A neo-Georgian style apartment building, designed by K. B. Norton, and built in 1950-51. Application is to perform facade alterations and restoration, including installation of new windows; new construction on East 61st St. and East 62nd Street; and a two story rooftop addition. Application also includes establishing a master plan governing the installation of storefront infill, signage and awnings.
