Actions consist of (1) map amendment to rezone midblock from R8B to C2-7 ULURP Number: C210351ZMM (2) text amendment to Section 74-48 to allow an increase in commercial FAR and mods to use, bulk, signage ULURP Number: N210352ZRM (3) special permit pursuant to Section 74-48 ULURP Number: C210353ZSM (4) map MIH.
